3.Weekly diet plans are sent via email or whatsapp. These also include easy and interesting tried and tested recipes
4.Intensive follow-up and support is provided especially with this program so that weight can be shed as fast as possible. ( We always do it naturally without any supplements / medicines ). Diets are planned involving different strategies and we expect good physical activity along with it

However just for the sake of giving you an idea in numbers, you can expect 2-4 kgs of weight loss and 2-3 inch loss per month but the real results will simply depend upon your lifestyle, eating habits, body response, metabolic rate, physical activity and your commitment to follow our diet plan to reach the goals. We focus more on FAT LOSS.
Also, keep in mind that spot reduction is a myth. This means that one cannot target a certain part of the body and lose fat there only. Your body loses fat proportionately from wherever the fat deposits are unless you wish to get the fat layers removed from your body through some surgery - which is the worst you could do.
Can you provide a trial/sample diet plan?
All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. Therefore we are unable to provide you any sample diet plans.
